Completed under night works to minimise daytime traffic disruption, this project involved the replacement of 12 aging concrete pipe culverts along a key transport route. Each night, our team carefully excavated and removed existing culverts, pits, and headwalls, replacing them with durable HDPE pipes and precast concrete pits. To ensure ongoing structural stability and drainage performance, all culvert outlets were treated with shotcrete, and each site was backfilled and made trafficable before the end of every shift. This project highlights our focus on safety, efficiency, and maintaining essential road access throughout the works.
