South East Civil & Crane successfully delivered a major component of the Eden Breakwater Wharf Extension, enhancing berthing capacity and supporting future growth in marine traffic.
Our scope included the construction of mooring and berthing dolphins, as well as many key components included in the superstructure for the wharf extension.
Key works involved the fabrication and installation of precast headstocks and planks forming the superstructure, in situ concrete topping slabs, and full steel reinforcement fixing.
We also constructed heavy-duty onshore bollards, undertook pile transportation, and completed complex craneage operations in a live marine environment.
The project was delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, contributing to the long-term functionality of this critical regional infrastructure.
